At heramoon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days​ of receiving your order, provided that:
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and packaging are intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is included.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are non-returnable​ unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at heramoon@outlook.com​ with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with return instructions, including the address and any necessary forms.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defect, or damage). We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days​ to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days​ of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
